Summary

  • add evaluateKnowledgeBaseReadiness() for root-level KB readiness checks
  • expose the helper from the root package barrel
  • bump package to 1.11.0 so runtime can depend on the non-stale KB improvement API

Checks

  • pnpm exec biome check src tests
  • pnpm exec tsc --noEmit
  • pnpm exec vitest run
  • pnpm exec tsup
  • node dist export smoke: improveKnowledgeBase=true, evaluateKnowledgeBaseReadiness=true, researcherProfile=false
  • git merge-tree --write-tree origin/main HEAD
